CH: Silent voices, mute compassion
Lets the evil in our land run free.
Who will speak out in our nation
If it isn't those of us who see.

What is true and what is lies
Words and pictures blur our eyes.
Our leaders speak the party line
And say they have no option.

Now cannot speak. Dissent recedes
To saddened whispers on the street,
Because there is no option.

Is that which caters to our fear.
And so we listen, more afraid
And believe we have no option.
